What you can do
There is a bruise on my child’s head when I arrive to fetch him home from the centre. The centre staff did not inform me about the bruise.
Speak to the child’s teacher immediately to find out what has happened
Discuss ways to prevent similar incidents from happening
When I ask the teacher what happened, they are unaware what has happened. The morning teacher said the she did not see the bruise and the afternoon teacher said that the bruise was already there when she took over the class.
Raise the concern to the centre supervisor
Request for the centre’s action plan in handling the matter
